How quickly can I expect a
response?
We typically respond within one business
day. If you reach out on Friday afternoon, you'll likely hear from us
on Monday morning. During busy periods in January and February, it
might take up to two days.
Do I need to prepare anything before
contacting you?
Not really. Just tell us about your
situation and what you're trying to figure out. We'll guide you
through what information might be helpful as we talk. No need to
gather mountains of documents before reaching out.
Can we meet virtually instead of in
person?
Absolutely. Most of our client
conversations happen over video calls anyway. We use standard video
conferencing tools that work on most devices. In-person meetings are
available but not required.
What if I'm not sure exactly what I
need?
That's completely normal. Many people
contact us knowing something feels off with their numbers but not
sure what specifically. We'll have a conversation to understand your
business and help you figure out where to start.
Is there a cost for the initial
consultation?
The first conversation is free. We'll
spend about 30 minutes understanding your situation and discussing
whether our approach makes sense for you. No pressure, no sales
pitch—just an honest discussion.
