We Started With a Simple Question

Back in 2019, we noticed something odd. Business owners were drowning in data but starving for actual insights. They had reports coming out their ears—sales figures, expense breakdowns, budget comparisons—but couldn't tell you if they were really making money or just spinning their wheels.

From Confusion to Clarity

Our founder Henrik spent fifteen years in corporate finance before moving to Thailand in 2018. What struck him most wasn't the heat or the traffic—it was watching perfectly smart business people make decisions based on incomplete financial pictures.

So we built Logic Volt around one core idea: profitability analysis shouldn't require a finance degree. The numbers tell stories, but someone needs to translate them into plain language that helps you make better choices tomorrow than you made yesterday.

By 2025, we've worked with over 200 businesses across Southeast Asia. Manufacturing companies trying to figure out which product lines actually make them money. Service businesses wondering if they're pricing correctly. Retailers who couldn't explain why good sales months sometimes ended with empty bank accounts.

What We Actually Do

Forget the jargon for a minute. We help you understand if your business decisions are working financially—before it's too late to change course.

Real-Time Profitability Tracking

Most businesses look at profit monthly or quarterly. That's like checking your mirrors once per highway trip—technically you did it, but probably not enough. We help you set up systems that show profitability patterns as they happen, not after the damage is done.

Cost Structure Analysis

Where's your money actually going? Not the categories in your accounting software—the real story behind your expenses. We've found hidden cost drains that business owners stared at for years without seeing.

Pricing Strategy Review

In 2024, we worked with a furniture maker who was busy all year but barely broke even. Turns out his three bestselling items were priced below their true cost. He just never did the math properly. Sometimes the answer isn't working harder.

The People Behind the Numbers

We're not a massive team. Just a small group of people who genuinely care about helping businesses understand their financial reality without the usual corporate nonsense.

How We Approach Client Work

First week, we mostly listen. Every business has its own rhythm and quirks. Cookie-cutter analysis misses the details that actually matter. Then we dig into your numbers—not to judge past decisions, but to find patterns you can use going forward. Our goal isn't to impress you with fancy financial terms. It's to help you make smarter decisions next month than you did last month.

What Sets Us Apart

We don't sell you a year-long contract and disappear. Most clients start with a three-month engagement because honestly, that's usually enough to either solve the problem or realize you need ongoing support. And we won't tell you what you want to hear—if your pricing is broken or your costs are out of control, we'll say so. Nicely, but clearly.

Our 2025 Focus

This year we're running quarterly workshops starting September 2025 for business owners who want to learn profitability analysis themselves. Not everyone needs ongoing consulting, but everyone benefits from understanding their numbers better. Details coming this summer.
